Partners — Integrate, Qualify, Operate
Xpdeep designs the models. Implementation partners deliver the programs on the ground: qualification, integration into the customer's operational environment, deployment, post-deployment operation. The combined capability is what makes a program work in regulated and mission-critical industries — where the modelling, the integration, and the operation all have to meet the bar.
What Partners Do on an Xpdeep Program
An Xpdeep program is delivered as a structured engagement. The model architecture, training, certification artifacts, and prescriptive engine are designed and built by Xpdeep. The integration into the customer's existing operational stack, the operator enablement, the day-to-day operation, and the ongoing performance management are handled by the implementation partner.
This separation reflects the structural reality of Xpdeep's technology. Designing a natively explainable, KPI-aligned, prescriptive deep model is not a workflow that can be standardized into a delivery method and handed to a generalist team. It is the product of twenty years of research in explainable deep learning condensed into an architecture, and it remains methodologically specialized at this stage of the company. The integration and operation work, by contrast, draws on capabilities and customer relationships that implementation partners already have. The combined model lets each side do what each side does best, and protects the customer from the failure mode of an under-executed program.

What Xpdeep Adds to Your Practice
Access to deals you could not previously close
Programs blocked by certification, governance, or insurability requirements are blocked for everyone — including for the integrator who would otherwise have delivered them. Xpdeep removes the barrier structurally, making programs that were architecturally out of reach addressable. Partners gain access to engagements in regulated and mission-critical sectors that were not on their pipeline before.
Differentiation that competitors structurally cannot match
Generalist AI services compete on price and team scale. Xpdeep partners compete on capability: prescriptive AI, structurally certifiable deployment, governance artifacts generated natively, prescription rather than recommendation. This is not a feature differentiator; it is a category differentiator that no other AI vendor enables.
Multi-year engagements rooted in operational ownership
Xpdeep programs are not project-and-exit engagements. They are long-term operational systems that require ongoing integration, monitoring, lifecycle management, and regulatory refresh — all delivered by the implementation partner. Partner economics shift from one-off project margins to multi-year operational engagements with the customer.
Partner Categories
Five categories of implementation partners — selected for the operational scope and the customer access each brings.
Global Integrators
Enterprise-scale, multi-country AI programs where auditability, governance, and certification are mandatory. Deep customer relationships in regulated industries. Capacity to manage program scale and integration complexity. Typical engagement: lead the customer relationship; integrate Xpdeep into the customer's stack; operate the deployed program.
Learn moreEngineering Services
Industrial and mission-critical AI systems requiring traceability, validation, and long-term reliability. Sector expertise in aerospace, defence, automotive, energy, process industries. Capability to integrate AI into safety-adjacent perimeters and engineering qualification environments. Typical engagement: own the integration into industrial control systems and the certification interaction.
Learn moreStrategy Consulting
Executive-level sponsorship and program design. C-suite relationships in target sectors. Capacity to position Xpdeep within board-level transformation programs and strategic agendas. Typical engagement: open the executive conversation, design the program scope, hand to a delivery partner for integration and operation.
Learn moreSoftware Vendors
OEM and embedded integration. Vertical software vendors integrating Xpdeep capabilities into their own products — predictive maintenance platforms, MES/SCADA, quality management software, defence and aerospace systems. Typical engagement: licensed embedding of Xpdeep capability into the vendor's product, with revenue-share commercial structure.
Learn moreAcademia
Research and education partnerships. Joint research programs on natively explainable deep learning. Curriculum integration. PhD supervision and thesis co-direction. The scientific foundation of Xpdeep is rooted in Université Grenoble Alpes; academic partnerships extend that foundation.
Learn moreHow Engagements Work
Every Xpdeep program is scoped jointly with the implementation partner around the customer's specific operational or certification objective. The commercial structure of the engagement is discussed bilaterally and reflects the operational scope each side carries — there is no public partner program tier, no fixed reseller arrangement, no off-the-shelf revenue share. The model is deliberately built around the specifics of each engagement, because the engagements themselves are not standardized.
Most programs share a common structural shape: a scoped pilot phase to validate a specific operational or certification outcome, a production deployment phase managed jointly, and a multi-year operational phase managed by the partner. The economics scale with the scope, the criticality, and the operational ownership each side carries.
Whether you operate in one sector or many, whether you are looking to add one strategic capability or build a long-term Xpdeep practice, the right next step is a conversation.
Xpdeep partners deliver programs that competitors structurally cannot — in regulated, mission-critical, and operationally consequential environments where the barrier to AI deployment has not been the technology but the governance, alignment, and prescription layers no other platform provides. The opportunity is significant; the access is limited; the conversation starts here.
